• The time slices for the acid deposition scenarios represent the future projection to a single year, 2020, 2050 and 2080; the baseline for the graphs and maps of the FINSKEN Scenario Gateway is the year 1990.
• The time slices for the atmospheric composition scenarios represent the future projection to a single year, 2010 using emissions according to the Gothenburg protocal, and 2050 using SRES emission scenarios; the baseline is 1999.
• The time slices for the climate change scenarios represent the future projection of a 30-year period, 2010-2039, 2040-2069 and 2070-2099; the baseline is the the latest World Meteorological Organizations' (WMO) normal period 1961-1990.
